برج مدور مراغه

برج مدور، گنبد استوانه ای است که بر روی ازاره سنگی در دو طبقه بنا گردیده و تاریخ آن مطابق کتیبه موجود در بنا 563 هجری قمری است.

از ویژگیهای خاص این بنا علاوه بر آجرچینی زیبای ضلع بیرونی، سردرورودی آن است که از تلفیق کاشی و آجر، نمای قابل توجهی پدید آورده است. غیر از سردر ورودی بقیه قسمتهای بیرونی آجر چینی ساده داشته و بند کشی بین آجرها هم بصورت افقی و هم عمودی بند کشی شده است. قسمت داخلی دوازده ضلعی است و تزئینات گچی آن به مرور از بین رفته است.
