معبد مهر ورجوی مراغه

معبد مهر ورجوی مراغه یکی از چهار معبد مهری شناخته شده کشور و یکی از قدیمی ترین آثار معماری استان آذربایجان شرقی بشمار می رود. این اثر بوسیله عوامل انسانی در دل صخره های سنگی کنده شده و دارای فضاهای تو در تو در زیر زمین بوده و بطور کامل کاوش نشده است. بخشهایی از آن در زیر خانه های ساکنین محل در فاصله نسبتا زیادی از آن قرار دارند.

معبد مهر ورجوی مراغه پس از اسلام و در عصر ایلخانان بعنوان خانقاه مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و صحن اصلی آن با کتیبه هایی از آیات قرآنی به خط زیبای ثلث تزئین شده است.

در اواخر دوره صفویه مردم محل یکی از علمای معروف خود بنام ملامعصوم را در این محل به خاک سپردند و از آن پس  معبد مهر ورجوی مراغه به زیارتگاه ملامعصوم معروف شد.

October Vrjvy Maragheh M. Temple is one of four well-known temple in East Azerbaijan province and one of the oldest architectural remains . Caused by human factors at the heart of the rocky cliffs carved with nested spaces in the basement and has not been fully explored .
